Renovating or building and just can't seem to pick the right combination of fixtures & finishes? We'll help you choose materials such as flooring, counter tops, backsplash, and fixtures for your dream space. Installation not included.

Holidays are special and special occasions make wonderful memories. We'll create a space that captures your intended spirit and one you'll be proud to share with your guests.
Lighting Selection and Placement
What good is a beautifully designed space if you can't see every detail? Lighting fixture type and placement are essential to creating the perfect space. We'll work together to select the right fixtures and determine their best location. Installation not included.
Virtual Design Services
Let's design your space from the convenience of your couch! Virtual design is a great option. All of Realm51 services can be completed via Virtual Design.
How Virtual Design Works:
- Contact us to schedule an initial consultation. During the consultation, we'll talk about your style, your budget, what works, what doesn't work and your goals for the space. The consultation can be done via phone, teleconference, or email.
- You'll send us room measurements and photos of your space via email.
- You'll receive a Scope of Work statement to review. This ensures we understand your goals and expectations. When we are in agreement, you'll receive the design fee quote.
- You'll receive a Visual Concept Board with at least two design concepts. After choosing your favorite, we'll tweak it until it's perfect.
- You'll receive a shopping list. You shop at your convenience and have everything delivered to your place.
- You'll receive a 2D design diagram and detailed instructions to implement your new design. Using the diagram and instructions, you do the fun part!
- Finished! Now celebrate by sharing your dream space with family and friends.
In-Person Design Services
If you are local to the Dallas/Ft Worth TX or Louisville KY area and prefer a more personal design experience, in-person design is for you. You can be involved as little or as much as you like. All of Realm51 services can be completed via In-Person Design.
How In-Person Design Works:
- Contact us to schedule an initial consultation. The initial consultation will be via phone. We'll discuss your general goals and schedule an in-person meeting.
- You'll allow me to visit your space to talk about your style, your likes and dislikes, budget, timeline and further define the goals for your dream space. During this meeting, I'll also take measurements and photos of your space.
- You'll receive a Scope of Work statement to review. This ensures we understand your goals and expectations. When we are in agreement, you'll receive the design fee quote.
- You'll receive an in-person customized presentation with at least two design concepts. After choosing your favorite, we'll tweak it until it's perfect.
- You'll receive a shopping list. You can shop at your convenience and have everything delivered to your place. We can also arrange a date and time for me to shop with you if you prefer.
- When everything has arrived, I will personally arrange your furnishings and decorate the space for you.
- Time to celebrate! Invite family and friends over to show off your dream space.
